We are seeking a Warehouse Administrator/Executive in Charleston, SC.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for maintaining optimal stock levels, managing warehouse space, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring timely placement and dispatch of orders.
• Stock Management: Coordinate with relevant parties to facilitate incoming shipments.
• Warehouse Space Management: Implement and enforce organizational systems to ensure ease of access and accurate inventory tracking.
• Oversee the setup process including acquiring necessary equipment, racking, strapping, tools, and office space.
• Handle administrative duties such as record-keeping, data entry, and documentation related to inventory management, order processing, and warehouse operations.
• Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Manage outsourced/temp/permanent labor and forklift drivers to carry out inbound and outbound operations and organizing of goods
• Receive incoming orders, verify contents, and ensure accurate picking, packing, and dispatch of products according to customer requirements.

Qualifications:

• Warehouse management experience
• Proficiency in inventory management software and Google Workspace applications, including Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Drive.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and inventory control.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
