Location: Richmond, VA OR Cayce, SC (Partial onsite: 1 week remote, 1 week onsite)

Duration: 12 Months (Possibility of Extension)

IMPORTANT - Position for a rotating shift that will start during days but could possibly move to a 6:30 PM - 6:30 AM.

This level is staffed by individuals who have help desk & call center experience delivering excellent customer service.
