Vaco is actively seeking an IT Coordinator for direct employment with our client in Memphis.

Position Overview:

The Information Technology Coordinator is responsible for supporting the organization's overall technical environment under the direction of technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities Include:

CRM Application Data Management:
  • Maintain and update CRM application data, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
  • Assist with data migration, integration, and reporting.
  • Monitor CRM performance and address any data-related issues.
Microsoft 365 Support:
  • Provide general support for Microsoft 365 applications including but not limited to Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
  • Assist with user account management, including provisioning and de-provisioning.
Basic Troubleshooting:
  • Provide first-line support for general IT issues, including hardware and software problems.
  • Escalate technical issues to higher-level MSP support as necessary.
  • Document and track support requests and resolutions.
Outsourced MSP Relationship Oversight:
  • Oversee and coordinate with the outsourced Managed Service Provider (MSP) for helpdesk and infrastructure support.
  • Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and monitor performance metrics.
  • Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders and the MSP to address any concerns.
Administrative Support:
  • Provide administrative assistance to the IT Manager including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing documentation.
  • Assist with project coordination and documentation as needed.
  • Handle correspondence and communication on behalf of the technical leadership.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 2 years of experience in a similar role or in IT support.

Skills:
  • Proficiency in CRM applications (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft 365 suite.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform basic troubleshooting.
  • Experience managing relationships with external service providers preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
  • Extremely strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Additional Details:
  • Employment Type: Direct-Hire Position
  • Schedule: Onsite
  • Start Date: Immediate
  • Target Compensation: $40,000
  • Vacation: 6 weeks per year
