We are seeking a passionate Wine Server to join our team at the Ozark Hills Winery. As a Wine Server, you will play a vital role in providing our guests with a memorable wine-tasting experience. Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and engage with guests, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere
  • Provide wine tastings, guiding guests through the flavors and nuances of our wines
  • Share your knowledge about our wines, winemaking processes, and the Ozark Hills Winery story
  • Assist guests in selecting wines for purchase and offer recommendations based on their preferences

Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Passion for wine and a desire to share that passion with others
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus
