Learn more at http://www.tataandhoward.com.Job DescriptionWe’re seeking an experienced Project Manager – Water Treatment to lead projects that make a real impact on communities. This role combines technical expertise with client-facing consulting, managing water treatment plant design and implementation while fostering strong relationships with municipalities and stakeholders. If you have a PE license, consulting experience, and a passion for water solutions, this is your opportunity to join a firm that values collaboration and excellence.ResponsibilitiesProject Leadership Manage water treatment plant design and construction projects from concept through completionOversee project budgets, schedules, and deliverablesEnsure compliance with regulatory standards and client requirementsProvide technical guidance and quality assurance throughout project lifecycleClient & Team Collaboration Serve as primary client contact for project updates and issue resolutionBuild and maintain strong relationships with municipal and private clientsMentor junior engineers and contribute to a positive team cultureSupport business development efforts through proposals and presentationsBasic QualificationsProfessional Engineer (PE) license10+ years of combined experience in water treatment design and/or consultingAbility to work a hybrid schedule (3 days in-office / 2 days remote)Preferred QualificationsExperience working with municipalitiesExpertise in water treatment technologies and regulatory complianceAbility to mentor and lead project teams effectivelyCompensation & BenefitsBase salary: $115,000–$130,000 (DOE)Comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life insurancePTO and flexible work schedule401(k) with company contributionOpportunities for professional growth and advancementAdditional Job Application TermsThis job is part of LinkedIn’s Full-Service Hiring beta program.
