Responsibilities:

3. Deal Structuring: Collaborate with clients to structure deals that meet their financial needs while aligning with company guidelines.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, finance, or a related field, preferably within the MCA industry.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate financial concepts clearly.

Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze financial statements and client information to make informed decisions.

Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Compensation: Base Salary: $70K-$100K The Sales Team Leader position offers a competitive, commission compensation structure, where you will earn a percentage of each sale you make with a performance-based bonus structure. In addition, you will earn a percentage of the total sales generated by your team, ensuring that your success is directly tied to the performance of the team you lead.
