Integration Lead

POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Integration Leader to drive the integration efforts of key strategic acquisitions and partnerships as part of our Corporate Growth & Development team. The Integration Leader will play a pivotal role in shaping the post-acquisition strategy, ensuring seamless operational and cultural integration of acquired companies or business units, and realizing synergies to accelerate growth within planned budget and timeline parameters. This individual will collaborate with senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and external partners to ensure smooth transitions, value capture, and alignment with our broader business objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Strategic Integration Planning: Lead and manage the end-to-end integration process for acquisitions, joint ventures, and partnerships, from initial planning to full execution. Develop detailed integration plans that align with corporate goals and objectives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments such as Finance, Operations, HR, IT, Marketing, and Sales to ensure cohesive and efficient integration. Facilitate coordination among cross-functional teams to implement integration plans and milestones.
- Change Management & Culture Integration: Coordinate the cultural integration efforts, promoting a unified company culture. Drive communication and change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions and employee retention/engagement throughout the process.
- Synergy Identification & Value Capture: Identify and track potential synergies and cost-saving opportunities post-acquisition. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and milestones to measure integration success and ensure that synergies and value are realized.
- Risk Management: Assess risks associated with integration and develop mitigation strategies to address potential challenges. Proactively resolve issues that may impede the successful execution of integration initiatives.
- Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders regarding integration progress, challenges, and opportunities. Ensure that communication remains clear, consistent, and transparent across all levels of the organization.
- Continuous Improvement: Leverage lessons learned from past integrations to improve the overall integration process. Suggest improvements to tools, methodologies, and processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness in future integrations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in corporate development, mergers & acquisitions, or post-merger integration, with a proven track record of managing multiple integration projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of business functions (e.g., finance, operations, HR, IT, etc.) and experience working across them to drive integration.
Skills & Competencies:
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on identifying key risks and developing effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Leadership capabilities with experience managing cross-functional teams and driving results in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to think strategically, while maintaining attention to detail and execution.

- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Proven ability to work in high-pressure environments and deliver results under tight deadlines.
