Veterinary Practice Manager

Position Summary:

East Pines Animal Clinic is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to join their growing team. East Pines is a full-service veterinary medical facility, located in Boonville, IN. The professional and courteous staff at East Pines Animal Clinic seeks to provide the best possible medical care, surgical care and dental care for their highly valued patients. East Pines is committed to promoting responsible pet ownership, preventative health care and health-related educational opportunities for our clients. East Pines Animal Clinic strives to offer excellence in veterinary care to Boonville, IN and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationships, exceed expectations, and resolve conflicts
  • Lead HR functions including hiring, training, development, scheduling, and compliance
  • Oversee operation workflows, inventory, maintenance, safety, and records
  • Execute marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities
  • Manage finances by assisting in budgeting, forecasting, accounting, cash flow, and vendor relations
  • Foster a positive culture through clear leadership and open communication

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Certified Veterinary Practice Manager (CVPM) desired, but not required
  • Must have previous experience using QuickBooks
  • Minimum of 1 year of veterinary management experience
  • Minimum of 3 - 5 years of leadership experience with Human Resources

Compensation:

  • Up to $75,000 per year depending on experience
  • Excellent benefits offered
