Your Role as Estate Planning Paralegal

As Estate Planning Paralegal, you will be responsible for communication with clients, scheduling meetings with the appropriate Estate Planning Attorney based on meeting subject matter, creating tasks for document progress for the attorneys, preparing them for client meetings, arranging client document executions, and client data entry. Note that this is NOT a probate position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certification (equivalent education, training and/or experience may be considered).
• Strong communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to learn about complex estate planning strategies and the requirements of such
• High level of professionalism, with strong organizational skills and responsiveness
• 5+ years experience in estate planning
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Paralegal certification preferred
• Experience with Canopy and WealthCounsel preferred

Please note: This is a full-time position requiring candidates to work on-site at our stunning new office in Sunrise, Florida. Fully remote arrangements are not available for this role due to the collaborative and strategic nature of the work, which involves regular brainstorming and discussions with colleagues.
