Ticketing Sales Fulfillment Representative

Full Time and Part Time opportunities available


Job duties include but are not limited to:

·        Handling inbound and outbound support calls, website chats, and emails, with the intent of resolving all first level support.

·        Act urgently on escalated support calls, website chats, and emails from customers and sellers ensuring a positive customer and seller experience.

·        Serve as a liaison with partner sites and sellers to assist customers.

·        Manage ticket deliveries.

·        Work with staff and ticket exchanges to execute in hand dates accurately, resolving any issues that may arise.

·        Problem solving issues regarding any tickets not delivering.

·        Daily engagement to maintain product knowledge of the services that the company offers.

·        Participation in small or large projects.

·        Provide input on improving processes and procedures.

·        Other Duties as Required.

 

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

The ideal candidate will possess a combination of the following education and/or equivalent experience:

 

·        High School Diploma or GED required

·        1+ years of experience in a Call Center and/or Customer Service-related job preferred, but not required

·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·        Experience within the hospitality, entertainment, box office, ticketing environment preferred, but not required

·        Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills

·        Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and Power Point

·        Ability to analyze information, solve problems and make quick, fact-based decisions

·        Strong computer skills; Ability to learn and work with the latest programs.

 

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedures, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.

• Ability to speak effectively before co-workers or individuals. Foreign language skills are a plus.

 

PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT:

The physical demands and work environment described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, sit, walk, and reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear. Must be able to perform repetitive motions 75% of the time. Must be able to lift 30 lbs.
