Job Title: Strategy Analyst/ Data and Analytics - Business Analyst

Work Location : Beaverton, OR

Work Schedule: 6+ Months ( Possibility of Extension) – Monday-Friday


Job Description: Responsibilities

  • We are looking a Strategy Analyst who will drive analytical workstreams to help identify, evaluate, and catalyze action against critical priorities
  • You will develop and communicate strategic plans and visions across client’s and help influence key partners in a complex, cross-functional environment
  • You will assist in the development and ongoing management of tools and processes focused on executing against the organization’s strategic and business plans
  • Support client’s annual strategic planning processes
  • Working on cross-functional project teams, you will support the identification and evaluation of priorities and problems ultimately leading to crucial action on these priorities
  • You will regularly work across key, functional partners and partners within the Strategy organization


Qualifications

  • Typically requires a bachelor’s degree and minimum of 2 years directly relevant work experience Note: One of the following alternatives may be accepted: PhD or Law + 1 yr; Masters + 0-3 yrs; Associates degree + 1-3 yrs; High School + 3-5 yrs
  • Ability to complete quantitative and qualitative analysis and financial models
  • Proven ability to operate with a high degree of ambiguity and to work with a flexible schedule
  • Logical problem structuring and strategic problem-solving skills
  • Superior interpersonal skills and proven track record to work cross-functionally
  • Excellent written, oral, and communication skills
  • Ability to work on cross-functional teams and provide project management support
  • Proficiency in standard business software applications (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, Keynote.)
  • Comments for Suppliers: Project-Build Sustainability Insights Walking Deck and Develop Future Roadmap for Data Integration
  • 2-3 years’ experience as junior analyst/consulting, Project & Program Management
  • Process Improvement or Org Design experience
  • Proficiency building presentations and visualizing data in PPT & Excel (Tableau and other BI applications will not be very relevant for the work we do), demonstrated storytelling and content development in keynote, powerpoint, google presentations
  • Someone that can drive progress, run a program, process map
  • Experience with structured problem-solving and business planning
  • This person will help facilitate large cross-functional meetings, capturing insights (qualitative & quantitative) and translating that information into client workflows, key initiatives, long term plans.
