Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and draft a wide range of corporate agreements.
  • Work on sophisticated corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, financings, private placements, and general business representation.
  • Manage multiple assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate with clients and provide high-quality legal advice and solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 years of corporate transactional experience.
  • Expertise in contract drafting, mergers and acquisitions, financings, and private placements.
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Excellent interpersonal and client service skills.
  • Securities law experience is a plus.
  • NJ and/or PA bar license is preferred but not required.
