  • Reconcile and maintain balance sheet accounts monthly
  • Review Inter-co aging and obtain related invoices from other locations accounting system (ERP)
  • Process high volume bank activity
  • Reconcile selected General Ledger account balances to ensure accuracy
  • Assist in the monthly and annual closing process and annual audit
  • Prepare ad hoc reports and complete special projects as requested
  • Handle accounts receivable and billing
  • Assist with preparation and gathering data for audits; audits and maintains expense reports
  • Review, investigate, and corrects errors and inconsistencies in entries, documents, and reports

Qualifications:

  • Intermediate to advanced Excel
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to work with minimal direction and use independent discretion judgment
  • Good team player attitude
