Someone that has experience in managing a multifamily project from start to finish and enjoys managing and training PMs, APMs and PEs with effective, inspiring communication.


Responsibilities

  • Act as the firm's owner's rep by leading budget coordination, contracting and reporting with 3rd party GCs.
  • Support all upcoming development projects
  • Assist the teams during investment committee submission meetings
  • Provide project management expertise during design and budgeting, closing, construction and project completion.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years experience in multi-family construction preferred
  • Experience with design, utilities, permitting, contracting, reporting and the monthly construction draw process
  • Market knowledge within U.S. markets Midwest, Southeast, Southwest, some travel involved
  • Familiar with market rate and tax credit development
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver a completed project
  • Experience with integrated real estate development company that offers finance construction architecture and or property management
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience working with a team
