Executive Housekeeper

A UHNW family in the Marietta area is seeking a full-time Head Housekeeper. This role will be M-F, with some evening and weekend work for special events. The ideal candidate will be flexible, kind, and patient.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage a team of three housekeepers, ensuring top-tier performance and teamwork.
• Maintain and monitor inventory of household supplies and restock as needed.
• Supervise all cleaning and organization activities to maintain an impeccable home environment.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for household management, addressing needs with a positive, customer-service-oriented approach.
• Uphold high standards of luxury and attention to detail, reflective of yachting and high-taste environments.

Requirements:

• Prior experience managing staff, preferably in a private residence or luxury hospitality.
• Background in the yachting world or similar high-taste-level environments is strongly preferred.
• Extremely bubbly, personable, and high-energy demeanor.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Flexible, responsive, and proactive in a dynamic household environment.
