YOUR ROLE:

As a Product Designer, you will play an important role in creating exceptional designs for our products. You will elevate the healthcare experience by designing for a wide range of users including patients and healthcare providers.


You will:

• Help design the user experience of the product

• Act as thought partners with other product managers, designers and engineers

• Navigate complex discussions with product managers and engineers

• Quickly visualize concepts in sketches or lo-fi wireframes to guide conversations

• Occasionally go on-site to immerse in the real-world operations of our business, to gain

better understanding of pain points in actual day-to-day operational workflows

• Make adjustments based on feedback from multiple stakeholders and user studies


WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

ABOUT YOU:

Experience

• Over 3 years of experience in product design

• Experience in problem-identification and solving with Product Managers' expectations

• Knowing if and when to use the appropriate tools (e.g. Figma or hi-res designs from the get-go)

• Well versed at building user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished designs

• Experience translating design decisions into style guides, patterns, and reusable components for other platforms


Skill Sets

• Experience with enterprise products

• Fluent in the architecture of site maps

• Expertise in Interaction Models or UX Patterns

• Proficiency with the full stack of design tools, (i.e. Figma)

• Knowledge in translating information through visualization and design

• Expertise at creating user flows, and building design systems

• Good aesthetic and accessibility sense
