Hybrid: Mon-Thurs in office and Friday remote


Duration: This is initially a 6+ months contract with high possibilities for extension – we have a headcount of 100+ consultants currently working and over 95% of the contracts extend. As there is no tenure limit at the client, there is also a possibility of that the position could get converted to full time.

Schedule: Hybrid, 4 days in office, 1 WFH


KEY RESPONSIBILITES/REQUIREMENTS:


Common Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Daily conduct system log monitoring and troubleshoot any interface errors or issues with online orders mainly within SAP R/3 system

• Support eCom process improvement projects and initiatives through evaluation of current work processes and identification of improvement strategies

• Distill vision and strategy for the team. Evangelize and motivate cross-functional teams.

• Assist in preparation of project planning and coordination, including but not limited to: scheduling, defining roles and responsibilities and documentation

• Work with cross functional teams including HQ, Engineering teams, operation teams, and vendors if required

• Assist in presenting re-engineered processes to all levels of the organization


Background/Experience

• At least 2-5 years of experience supporting operations and product delivery using SAP R/3

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field required (Computer science or information sciences and technology undergraduate degree strongly preferred)

• Demonstrable ability to looks for areas of improvement and proposes process improvement initiatives

• Proven ability using Microsoft Office products to Expert/Advanced level

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment to achieve team goals and complete assignments within established deadlines

• Experience in Confluence and JIRA preferred

• Strong analytical skills; Strong interpersonal skills

• Korean speaking is a plus but not required
