What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with the Manufacturing Manager and other key plant personnel to develop and maintain comprehensive training plans and documentation, ensuring the seamless transfer of knowledge within the plant.
- Serve as the go-to expert for troubleshooting and technical guidance, supporting the continuity of operations while upholding the highest standards of safety, reliability, and environmental compliance.
- Develop and implement hands-on assessments to measure the competency and proficiency of personnel, enhancing our team's skills and knowledge.
- Work closely with area coordinators, maintenance teams, and other plant stakeholders to foster a culture of learning and expertise sharing.
Who We're Looking For:
- Someone with a high school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is a significant plus.
- An experienced professional with at least 10 years in a manufacturing environment, demonstrating a successful track record in managing and troubleshooting complex processes and equipment.
- A leader with excellent technical communication and mentoring skills, capable of developing training programs aligned with our plant and corporate goals.
- A problem-solver with deep knowledge of safety and environmental regulations, along with strong analytical skills.
- A resilient individual ready to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, meeting the physical demands of working around industrial equipment.
