TYG are currently seeking experienced Interior Designers at all levels in Dallas to join one of the fastest-growing A/E firms in the nation


As a brief overview of our client, established over 50 years in Texas, they are dedicated to creating inspiring and functional spaces and are consistently ranked as one of the top design firms in the nation


The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years experience of interior design experience and be working towards their licenses. Our client has a lot of work in the education space in Texas so a background in this would be a preference but it is not a deal breaker


Responsibilities


  • Create attractive designs and layouts for various projects
  • Meet with client in order to understand the client's objectives and desires
  • Communicate effectively with client, vendors and team in order to address client's needs
  • Prepare presentations (3D, 2D,mock-ups and renderings) for clients
  • Create quotes for clients and ensure full workflow is followed
  • Maintain industry knowledge in order to stay relevant


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree 2 - 3 years of experience in related field and must be proficient in Revit and Microsoft Office suite
  • Education interior design experience
  • Experience should demonstrate capacity in design and construction documentation. This includes basic understanding of contract document organization and tools used to convey information in working drawings
  • Strong creative and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to execute
