Brief Summary of Position:

Responsible within the R&D team for prototyping, assembling and testing of MMC new hardware products according to the Engineering Development timelines.

Responsible for providing feedback on new and existing products’ performance, manufacturability and reliability to ensure new products meet Maury’s highest quality standards.


Essential Functions of the Position:

Prototyping, assembly, and testing of new hardware products in alignment with Engineering Development timelines.

Assist in the development and transition of products from R&D to production, ensuring seamless integration and compliance with quality standards.

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair production hardware at the component level when needed.

Provide detailed and accurate test reports, feedback, and analysis to engineering management to inform and guide product development.

Design and conduct tests, collect data, and generate reports that drive design decisions, qualify product updates and fixes, and support comparative analysis for component replacement.

Collaborate effectively within the department and across functions to ensure that product development objectives are met in a timely manner.

Maintain an organized approach to testing and data management, ensuring all processes are well-documented and aligned with company standards.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing procedures and methodologies.

Requirements (education, prior work experience, special skills, etc.)

BSEE or MSEE in Electronic/Electrical Engineering with a focus on RF & microwave engineering.

2+ years of engineering design experience in the microwave/RF test and measurement field.

2+ years of expertise in testing RF and Microwave components.

Strong knowledge of RF and microwave components and techniques.

Experience in programming and test development is highly encouraged.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and reliability in all tasks.
