Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Architect to lead and deliver complex Salesforce solutions that drive business transformation. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, design principles, and best practices, with a strong background in enterprise-level Salesforce implementations.


This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, providing technical leadership, and ensuring the scalability and performance of Salesforce solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Salesforce Solution Architecture: Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce-based solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements, technical standards, and best practices.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide expert-level guidance on all Salesforce-related aspects, including application development, integration, security, and data architecture. Act as a mentor to junior team members.
  • Customization & Configuration: Oversee and participate in the customization and configuration of Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.) to meet the organization’s business needs.
  • Integration & Data Architecture: Design and implement complex integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, HRIS, third-party APIs). Ensure the integrity and consistency of data across platforms.
  • Scalability & Performance: Ensure the scalability, performance, and high availability of Salesforce solutions by adhering to best practices for design, code quality, and deployment strategies.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, product managers, and functional teams to define requirements, prioritize deliverables, and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Release Management: Lead the release management process for Salesforce solutions, including deployment, testing, and quality assurance, while minimizing downtime and business impact.
  • Governance & Compliance: Ensure Salesforce architecture complies with security, data governance, and regulatory requirements. Promote best practices in Salesforce development and administration.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay current with the latest Salesforce features, technologies, and best practices. Drive innovation and process improvements within the Salesforce platform.


Experience:

  • 7+ years of experience working with Salesforce, including extensive experience in Salesforce architecture, design, and deployment.
  • Proven track record in designing and delivering large-scale Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.).
  • Experience leading and mentoring technical teams, with strong knowledge of Salesforce development tools (Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, etc.) and integration technologies.
  • Expertise in data modeling, ETL processes, and integration patterns (REST, SOAP, MuleSoft, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce security, sharing rules, profiles, and permission sets.


Skills & Competencies:

  • Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills and experience working in an Agile environment.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Field Service Lightning, or other specialized Salesforce modules.
  • Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD practices for Salesforce.
  • Experience working with third-party applications integrated with Salesforce.
  • Knowledge of other cloud platforms or enterprise systems (e.g., AWS, Azure, SAP) is a plus.
