A leading global law firm renowned for its outstanding work in complex legal matters across a variety of industries is currently seeking a Securities Litigation Associate in New York. This firm serves clients in key financial centres and emerging markets around the world.


The role will involve working on high-profile and cutting-edge matters, representing clients in a range of securities disputes, including shareholder class actions, derivative suits, regulatory investigations, and enforcement actions. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with top-tier practitioners and develop your skills in a challenging, client-focused environment.


Experience:

  • J.D. from a top-tier law school and excellent academic credentials.
  • 2-4 years of securities litigation experience, ideally with a focus on federal securities law, regulatory enforcement, or financial services.
  • Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Experience in handling high-pressure situations and managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Admission to the New York State Bar (or eligibility for admission).
