Jira Administrator

- Proactive delivery of communication and follow up

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

- Must have the ability to independently prioritize and accomplish work within time constraints

- Self-motivated and forward-thinking personality

- Proficiency with Excel VLOOKUP, pivot tables, MS Office Suite

- Experience in Aerospace, Defense, or other highly regulated industry is desired

- Superb communication skills to work cross functionally with other organizations within and outside of Supernal

- Comprehensive expertise in business analysis, requirement gathering, design, technical documentation, and business process reengineering

- System Administrator supporting Salesforce and/or on premise Atlassian tools such as JIRA and Confluence in a startup environment highly desired

- Experience in implementing Slack Enterprise Grid instance, defining Slack standards and policies, and implement Slack security tools and standards highly desired

- Experience in deploying HR system including Hiring, Employee Master Data, Employee Self Service, and HR analytics a plus

- While ERP knowledge is not mandatory, experience integrating other business software with ERP a plus

- Hands-on techno-functional experience in any of the following: BI, CRM, CLM, HRM, SCM, PLM, and MES, a plus

- Strong experience partnering with business stakeholders to understand requirements and drive improvements

- Must have the ability to independently prioritize and accomplish work within time constraints

- Knowledge of industry regulations such as ITAR or EAR a plus
