We are looking for an experienced Telesales Representative in our expanding international team to effectively sell our software solution, TheFence in the Florida, US/LATAM region:

As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for generating calls to potential customers with the main goal to achieve your sales quota.


Tasks:


  • Promote and market the company’s business through cold calling, emails, and communicating with prospective clients
  • Conducting market research to identify new and potential sectors, organisations, and functions for the product
  • Analyze market trends, adapt strategies, and manage the telesales process
  • Running targeted outbound campaigns to generate new leads across different sectors, geographies, and functions
  • Managing the complete outbound sales funnel, talking to prospects, understanding their requirements, and qualifying them
  • Articulate our value proposition effectively and demonstrate how our B2B solution addresses the specific needs of prospects
  • Set qualified meetings for the sales team
  • Measure identified KPIs
  • Provide reporting, analysis, and recommendations for improving performance and make data-driven decisions
  • Leverage data-driven insights to prioritize outreach efforts and tailor messaging for maximum impact
  • Always strive towards meeting sales quota
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of prospect interactions and lead activities in the CRM system


Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as Telesales Representative or similar customer service or sales role in IT industry
  • IT literate is mandatory
  • Hands on experience with sales tools such as CRM software (e.g. Hubspot) and sales intelligence & engagement platforms (e.g. Apollo, Zoominfo)
  • Ability and willingness to learn about products and services specifications
  • Proven experience in e-mail marketing, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns and measurable results
  • Up-to-date knowledge of e-mail marketing trends, best practices, and industry standards
  • Excellent copywriting and content creation skills
  • Patient and friendly personality
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Results-driven “start-up” mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding telesales targets;
  • Native English, Fluent Spanish;
