As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our Marketing Team. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity for hands-on experience in the marketing field within a fast-paced, high-growth company.
Position Overview:
The Marketing Assistant will assist with day-to-day marketing operations, campaign execution, and data analysis, seeding entries and more. This role will work closely with the Senior Level Marketing Experts to implement strategies that drive brand growth, enhance customer engagement, and support the overall success of Montana Knife Company’s direct-to-consumer (DTC) efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Support: Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns, including product launches, restocks, and seasonal promotions.
- Content Creation: Support the creation of digital content for email marketing, social media, and the company website, ensuring alignment with the brand’s voice and aesthetic.
- Social Media Management: Help schedule and manage posts across social media platforms, monitor engagement, and analyze performance metrics.
- Data Analysis: Gather and analyze campaign data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
- Administrative Tasks: Support the marketing team with administrative duties, such as maintaining calendars, organizing assets, and coordinating with external agencies or vendors.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with the e-commerce and customer service teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across all platforms.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, including social media platforms, email marketing software (e.g., Klaviyo), and website management systems (e.g., Shopify).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Passion for the hunting and outdoor industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
