Candidate should have minimum 1-3 years of experience as a paralegal in the area of bankruptcy and creditors’ rights. Strong administrative skills, such as spelling and grammar, proof reading, spelling and grammar, are necessary. Knowledge of e-filing is required. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe. Knowledge of LPS and Tempo preferred. This position is for someone seeking to work independently within the support of a team environment. Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
