Licensed Electrologist

Aesthetic and Wellness facility in South Tampa is expanding and seeking an established Laser Hair Removal Specialist / Medical Aesthetician with at least 3 years of practical experience.  Candidate should hold valid Florida licensure for both Esthetics and Electrolysis. This position will require a highly motivated team player, that will be expected to recruit and retain a regular clientele via self-promotion and social media outlets.  Candidate will possess remarkable sales and customer service sills and will be responsible for providing exceptional treatments, including:

• Laser Hair Removal
• Advanced Facials 
• Hydrafacials
• Dermaplane
• Chemical Peels
• Microneedling
• Full Body Waxing
• Brow laminations and Lash Lifts  

Responsibilities include:

• Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand individual goals and develop customized treatment plans.
• Educate clients on products, treatments, and aftercare routines to ensure optimal results and client satisfaction.
• Utilize strong sales skills to recommend treatment enhancement options, as well as retail products.
• Meet and exceed sales targets for service appointments and retail.
• Maintain a clean and organized treatment room and adhere to all sanitation and safety protocols.
• Keep up to date with the latest skincare trends, techniques, and technologies through ongoing education and training.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and personalized service.
• Promote the spa and its brand via social media, referrals, and word of mouth.

Qualifications:

· Valid Esthetician License for the State of Florida

· Valid Electrolysis License for the State of Florida

· Medical Aesthetician Certification, preferred.

· Phlebotomy Certification a plus.

· Minimum 3 years of practical experience in a professional spa setting.

· Strong understanding of skincare science, skin types, and conditions.

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

· Sales driven with a consultative mindset.

· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

· Professional demeanor and appearance.

· Flexibility to work Saturdays.
