Market Social is seeking a skilled Receptionist / Social Media Assistant to join our team. This dual role requires a candidate with experience in administrative support and social media management. The ideal candidate will be organized, personable, and adept at multitasking in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities:


2) Receptionist Duties:

  • Greet and check-in visitors to the office in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Act as an administrative support for management staff, including handling correspondence, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars.
  • Maintain various reports and databases with accuracy and attention to detail.


1) Social Media Management:

  • Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Post regularly on social media platforms to maintain an active and relevant online presence.
  • Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media channels in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement social media campaigns.
  • Utilize design software such as Canva or Photoshop to create visually appealing graphics and images for social media posts.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative, receptionist, or front office support role.
  • Proficiency in Google products such as Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Docs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience in social media management, including content creation and scheduling.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools and strategies.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Canva or Photoshop is preferred.
