Responsibilities:
- Safety Champion: Promote and maintain safety goals within the department. Lead safety efforts and corrective actions, aiming for zero incidents.
- Electrical System Design: Create electrical systems, including power distribution, control panels, wiring, and instrumentation, to support manufacturing processes.
- PID Control Algorithms: Develop and fine-tune PID control algorithms for complex electrical systems.
- CAD Design: Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create electrical schematics, diagrams, and layouts.
- Component Specification: Specify components, materials, and equipment required for electrical systems.
- Integration: Collaborate with mechanical engineers and technicians to seamlessly integrate electrical and mechanical components.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure equipment meets safety and regulatory standards.
- Automation Solutions: Implement automation solutions (PLCs and SCADA systems) to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
- Control Systems Programming: Program and troubleshoot control systems for automated processes.

- Electrical Expertise: Experience in electrical design software, PLC programming, and SCADA systems.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, with at least six (6) years’ experience in a manufacturing facility.
