Staffing Solutions of Hawaii is seeking a Manager Trainee to join a growing and dynamic team

Job Description:

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of arcade operations, customer service and team management from the ground up
• Gain hands-on experience in all aspects of running a successful arcade, from daily operations to leadership responsibilities
• Bring your innovative ideas and creativity to enhance the customer experience and elevate the company brand
• Play a key role in delivering exceptional service, ensuring every guest leaves with memorable experiences
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain a vibrant, engaging atmosphere and foster a positive, energetic environment
• Possess a strong ability to engage with children, teenagers and families, with a solid understanding of the target demographic’s interests

Position Requirements:

• Passion for arcade games and a genuine excitement for creating a fun and welcoming environment
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with both customers and team members
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to keep the arcade running efficiently
• A strategic mindset with the ability to drive sales and enhance customer engagement
• Demonstrate respectful, nonconfrontational authority while maintaining a positive team dynamic
• Exhibit a sales-driven mindset, with the ability to promote product packages and effectively upsell
• Has a foundational knowledge of accounting and basic math skills for operational tasks
• Displays a practical understanding of household tools, with a hands-on approach to machine maintenance and troubleshooting
• Friendly, outgoing and passionate about customer service, thriving in a people-centric environment
• Must have reliable personal transportation
