Area Sales Manager

The role of the Area Sales Manager will be crucial to the launch of Dioni Life in Austin. The ASM will play a role in the introduction and execution of the DioniLife portfolio in the market through sales and execution and collaboration with our distributor partner. The candidate will be able to lead, motivate, inspire, train and educate our distributor in a critical partnership to develop our portfolio. This position will lead a team of brand ambassadors responsible for sampling consumers and supporting in account execution to drive rate of sale. In addition to leading the team in the state of Texas this person will be responsible for ensuring our marketing platforms are brought to life in accounts by our team and our local distributor. Our mission is to grow significant share in a growing category of non alch beverages, to increase category penetration and frequency through winning in more occasions beyond those that alcohol focuses on. We believe we will be the category leaders and have a very rapid growth trajectory we aim to deliver. The right person for this role will have the capability to see the big picture with an optimistic lens and be active in the field collaborating with the Consumer Marketing Manager, Brand Ambassadors and field sales reps from our distributor to deliver flawless execution as we build our brands. The ASM will report to the President of North America and will be held accountable for managing the A&P Budget, Pricing, Inventory, and Monthly Execution Calendar for distribution and delivering the occasions based marketing plan.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
o Distribution: This individual should be self-motivated, competitive, relentless and solution oriented to find created ways to engage, inspire and be a leader with our distributor and our customers to deliver our market KPIS.
o Account Management: Owning an account list of the top 100 Off and On Channel Sales Outlets in Austin to increase execution and velocity. Tracking execution of occasions, working with buyers to leverage their consumer based and drive trial and training their staff.
o Execution: Hyper focused on delivering flawless execution in accounts to disrupt the consumer journey, build brand love and drive purchase.
o Sampling Consumers and Trade: #1 priority is drive trial and build brand awareness. We are seeking someone who has past distributor management experience in beverages, is active in their community, outgoing and not afraid to beg for forgiveness.
o Measurement & Evaluation of Launch: Scorecarding personal results of distribution, execution and account activities to evaluate their effectiveness. Market results for the team will need to be rolled up and delivered to the President of North America each week.
o Fostering a collaborative environment, accountability and humility to drive results and deliver company KPIS.
