Groundskeeper

Responsibilities:

• Supervision and Leadership: Lead a team of 4 groundskeeping staff, providing direction, training, and support to ensure the efficient and effective maintenance of the estate's exterior grounds.
• Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for landscaping, lawn care, and other related services, ensuring quality workmanship, adherence to budgetary constraints, and timely completion of tasks.
• Schedule Management: Develop and maintain a comprehensive schedule for all exterior maintenance activities, including lawn mowing, tree trimming, irrigation system maintenance, and seasonal planting, to ensure the estate's grounds remain pristine year-round.
• Grounds Maintenance: Oversee all aspects of grounds maintenance, including landscaping, gardening, pest control, and outdoor equipment upkeep, to uphold the aesthetic appeal and functionality of the estate's exterior spaces.
• Budget Oversight: Assist in the development and management of the groundskeeping budget, monitoring expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and ensuring resources are allocated effectively to meet the estate's maintenance needs.
