Our client has an immediate need for a Senior Business System Analyst, who is responsible for analyzing user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing systems and review computer system capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree is a plus
- 5+years of experience
- 5+years of experience with Atlassian tools such as Confluence and Jira
- 5+years of experience writing users stories and acceptance criteria using industry-standard methodologies
- 5+years of experience skilled in the creation of workflows and diagrams for complex solutions
- Experience in Banking, Mortgage, and/or Finance is a plus
- Experience with FISERV (payment processing /funding) is a plus
- SQL experience is a plus
- Database knowledge is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Gather requirements from business units and translate those to programmers and developers
- Confer with clients regarding the nature of the information processing or computation needs
- Coordinate and link the computer systems within an organization to increase compatibility so information can be shared
- Consult with management to ensure agreement on system principles
- Expand or modify system to serve new purposes or improve workflow
- Understanding of how to elicit functional and non-functional requirements
