Title: Scientific Research Analyst

Location: Hybrid in Clark, NJ

Duration: 6+ Month W2 Contract

Pay: $25/hour ($50k/year)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for research and innovation by summarizing new and existing energy-based technologies.
  • Stay updated on new technical and marketing opportunities through scientific literature, publications, and patents.
  • Act as a catalyst for potential new technology discoveries and ingredient functions.
  • Collaborate with Safety and Analytical teams for product testing and analysis.
  • Work with the Clinical Evaluation team to support various testing methods.
  • Assist in preparing technical documents for new or modified products.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. Experience in skincare or hair care is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills for both expert and non-expert audiences (oral, written, presentations).
  • Proven ability to analyze, report, and document information with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and PatSnap is highly desirable.
