Role Description


This is a part-time hybrid role for a Piano Instructor at Music To Your Home. The Piano Instructor will be responsible for teaching piano lessons in students homes around New York City, or, for our locations in Rockland County and Northern New Jersey. While the role is primarily located in New York, NY, we also provide online lessons globally.


Qualifications


  • Piano Playing and Piano Education skills
  • Music Theory and Music Education expertise
  • Experience teaching piano to students of various ages
  • Demonstrated ability to create engaging and effective lesson plans
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual student needs
  • Relevant music education degree or certification
