Job Description of Human Resources Manager:

• Equip managers with tools, guidance, and support to set expectations, incentivize teams, and oversee performance effectively
• Implement effective tools and procedures to facilitate seamless offboarding when needed
• Oversee Team & Leadership Development Programs, as well as Team & Leadership weekly studies
• Coordinate scheduled team-building events and family gatherings, such as the annual staff & family retreat, lunches, half-days, and other quarterly team-building activities
• Drive Vapor's preferred culture as outlined above and through other means, aligning with our values.
• Conduct regular meetings with HR Coordinators to maintain compliance standards.
