Labor and Employment Defense Attorney, 1200 Billables

This (confidential) women led boutique is seeking a 3+ year rockstar L&E litigator to join their team. This is a new position as the firm continues to grow.

About You:

You are a friendly, responsive, self-starter who owns your cases. You are a strong writer. A skilled communicator. You know how to juggle multiple priorities. And importantly, you are detail-oriented.

You are seeking a collaborative, positive and upbeat office setting three to four days a week, to build relationships with your colleagues, and receive mentorship.

You desire interesting work and real lawyering experience in single plaintiff cases and the occasional class action. You want responsibility and to manage your own case load, including discovery, motion writing, client contact, the opportunity to argue your own motions, negotiate settlements, and 2nd chair trial. If you are also interested in Advice and Counsel, there is work on that side as well.

Requirements:

• California Bar
• 3+ years experience in labor and employment

Billables:

1200 hours per year

Salary:

$150k/year+ plus performance based bonus.
