- $85-$100K salary. Open to higher in salary if they are well qualified.
- Looking for 5+ years of experience.

- Pretty urgent, want to fill by the end of the quarter.
- 1st shift, flexible schedule
- Group that supports production, and one group that supports the plant.
- Will report to the engineering manager, who oversees both engineering teams.
- Highlights of the role
- Continuous improvement 75%
- Trials,
- Standardization
- Investigate issues
- Design: 10% preferred…not a 100% mandate…but really really helpful if they have a little Cad experience.
- New projects 10%
- Education 5%
- Focused on improving production.
- Some plastics experience, extrusion preferred.
- Work closely with tech service and maintenance and materials.
- Continuous improvement
- Some design and equipment design. Mostly smaller things like line layouts, tooling, fixtures, designing work cells.
- Want them to be the technical expert on the floor for some of the newer technologies.
- Want to bring in automation, champion automation and fabrication projects.
- Machine upgrades…controls and plc's.
- Percentage breakdown
- More mechanical than process. Really want someone mechanically inclined.
- More equipment focused than a process engineer.
- Troubleshoot mechanical items. Process engineers are more people-and process focused.
- Lot of growth for the role. Will weigh the candidates as they view them.
- Small engineering team. In the company will be 6 plus this person.
