Role Overview: As a System Verification Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our products through comprehensive testing. You will collaborate with development teams, perform tests on new and existing products, and contribute to creating test plans. Your focus on detail and commitment to providing a seamless user experience will be essential to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct verification tests on new product introductions (NPI) to ensure a flawless out-of-box experience.
  • Validate performance, features, and user experience for UniFi products, including Network (WiFi), Protect, Talk, and Access platforms.
  • Test products prior to version releases using automated, semi-automated, and manual methods.
  • Run and help develop automated tests to improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve issues.
  • Document test results with clear visualizations.
  • Troubleshoot and reproduce user-reported issues.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Networks, Wireless Networks, Computer Science/Engineering, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience or recent/upcoming graduate.
  • Strong understanding of User Experience (UX) principles.
  • Knowledge of IT application management; UniFi familiarity is a plus.
  • Proficient in networking technologies (WiFi, TCP/IP, switching, routing).
  • Experience with WiFi networks, RF systems, and network testing tools like Wireshark, iPerf3, and WiFi analyzers.
  • Hands-on experience with Linux, shell scripting, and Python.
  • Knowledge of enterprise networks, surveillance systems, throughput testing, and NAS systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and learn quickly.
  • Creative problem-solver with a positive attitude.
