Located in Carmel-by-the-Sea, CA, Khaki’s of Carmel is a luxury menswear retail destination carrying a wide variety of curated fabrics from established vendors. Khaki’s of Carmel focuses on delivering the latest and more to its customers, including our private label line, showcasing a truly global and inspiring assortment at the leading edge of menswear culture.

The Khaki’s of Carmel team is looking for a wardrobe consultant to join our team-oriented company in the luxury menswear industry. This dynamic, creative, and results-driven individual will be responsible for providing a personalized client experience, and building strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients and ensure our sales and service standards are embodied consistently.
• Build and develop long-lasting client relationships through our clientele program and initiative.
• Active client outreach through appointments including follow-up of digital/phone sales and after-sales service.
• Process all merchandise transactions accurately and professionally adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Ability to discuss with clients and give advice on general trends in fashion, broadening the scope of our clientele’s taste and style.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales roles, luxury retail is a plus.
• Proven excellent client service skills and a results-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication skills; the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to work in a fast-moving and dynamic environment.
• High flexibility and ability to adapt to different customers.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
