Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bi-lingual Immigration Paralegal at LIDER, FOGARTY AND RIBEIRO, PC located in Fall River, MA. The Bi-lingual Immigration Paralegal will be responsible for providing legal support to attorneys specializing in Immigration Law. Duties may include assisting with client intake, preparing legal documents, conducting legal research, managing case files, and maintaining communication with clients and government agencies. Spanish or Portuguese speaking preferred. Two years of experience required.


Qualifications

  • Fluency in English and/or Spanish or Portuguese
  • Knowledge of immigration laws and procedures
  • Experience in drafting legal documents and correspondence
  • Strong research and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in legal software and databases
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Previous experience as an immigration paralegal is a must
