We are seeking a dedicated Transactional Attorney - Corporate and Business, to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing legal environment.


In our newly established Corporate and Business Transactions Department, this is a distinctive opportunity for a 4+ year associate or a mid-to-senior-level lateral attorney with an established client base or a strong ability to generate new business. The right person will have latitude to shape their own career, with generous firm support.


•If you have experience with alternative fee arrangements (AFAs) customized to meet client needs, and are familiar with working with blended rates or flat fees, we are seeking a forward-thinking approach to this practice.


• With a sweet spot of 1750 billed hours per year, or a specific income goal, we are dedicated to fostering your growth through mentorship and providing abundant opportunities for professional development. This position also qualifies for annual bonus consideration.

Vital to the role are:

  • Possession of a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
  • Maintaining an active and good-standing license to practice law.
  • A minimum of 4 years experience with an Arizona license.
  • Ethical judgment, integrity, and client confidentiality.
