Job Title: Licensed Project Architect - Multi-family/Hospitality - Revit

Job Location: Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid 2 days at home 3 days at the office)

Requirements: 5+ Years Design Experience in Multifamily or Hospitality sectors, ground up and renovation work

We are currently heading up major Multifamily/Hospitality Projects across the nation, looking for more experienced Licensed Project Architects to join our team If you have experience in our field, please waste no time in applying.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Designing hospitality and multi-family projects, ground up, renovations, and adaptive reuse
  • Ability to work in team environment to coordinate with construction and development
  • Work closely with the Real Estate Development team to analyze sites for potential development of multi-family housing
  • Work closely with the Construction Department during estimating, construction documents, and construction
  • Capable of taking responsibility for projects from start to finish with minimal direction

What You Need for this Position

  • Graduate of a NAAB accredited 4 or 5 year architecture school
  • 3-5 years of experience completing design and construction documents for Multifamily/Hospitality Architecture
  • 3+ years Revit experience, AutoCAD
  • Architectural license
