We have an immediate opening for an Exhibit Designer (associate (5+ years) to senior level (10+ years) on our Creative team.

As an Exhibit Designer at Triple20, you will be instrumental in transforming client visions into innovative design concepts. Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders, you will engage with clients to understand their marketing goals and translate those insights to the client by creating compelling designs that support their strategy growth.

Note: We are headquartered in Blaine, Minnesota, and offer a hybrid work environment. Two days (M,F) are “work from anywhere” days; three days (T,W, TH) are in-office collaboration days.

Seat Description:

• Collaborate with Account Managers and Project Managers in client project discovery and strategy development, crafting creative concept presentations that resonate with clients.
• Listen actively to clients' marketing needs and business objectives, using this information to draft clear and actionable creative briefs, including projects for other designers.
• Develop and deliver innovative tradeshow exhibit design concepts, applying a solution-oriented approach to every challenge while maintaining adherence to budget constraints and build efficiencies.
• Communicate consistently and effectively across teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring project alignment.
• Inspire and mentor internal design and creative teams, encouraging innovative thinking and a commitment to elevating design standards.
• Independently manage multiple design projects with a high degree of initiative, ensuring quality and timelines while adapting to changes.
• Develop and implement new departmental tools and initiatives, contributing to continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional experience in client discovery, 3D exhibit concepting, and facilitating client presentations, with a strong background in the tradeshow and events industry.
• Exceptionally skilled in client discovery and design presentation, with a strong ability to connect with clients, understand their core objectives, and transform their vision into custom, innovative 3D designs.
• Proven ability to generate conceptual designs that address client challenges while aligning with brand strategies and employing contemporary design thinking.
• An innate passion for staying ahead of industry trends, leveraging insights to keep our creative strategies at the forefront of innovation.
• Strong communication skills, effective conflict resolution abilities, and a commitment to exceptional customer service.
• Highly organized, adaptable, and able to thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency in Vectorworks (or the capacity to learn) and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop).
• Our team primarily uses Apple systems, so proficiency in an iOS environment is strongly preferred.
