HealthCare Recruiters (HCRI) is seeking licensed or pre-licensed Mental Health Therapists, with credentials as ACSW, APCC, AMFT, LPC, LMFT, or LCSW where you'll play a vital role in providing consultation, case management, and therapy for individuals affected by eating disorders. This PHP/IOP facility In Monterey, CA specializes in treating eating disorders.


Associate or Independent Mental Health Therapist Responsibilities:

  • ACSW, APCC, AMFT, LPC, LMFT, LCSW provide therapy for up to 6 adult clients in a PHP/IOP setting.
  • ACSW, APCC, AMFT, LPC, LMFT, LCSW conduct group sessions throughout the week
  • ACSW, APCC, AMFT, LPC, LMFT, LCSW conduct comprehensive assessments relevant to eating disorder treatment.
  • ACSW, APCC, AMFT, LPC, LMFT, LCSW offer tailored individual therapy sessions to meet each client's needs.
  • ACSW, APCC, AMFT, LPC, LMFT, LCSW maintain thorough documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries.
  • ACSW, APCC, AMFT, LPC, LMFT, LCSW collaborate with outpatient teams to ensure continuity of care.
  • ACSW, APCC, AMFT, LPC, LMFT, LCSW attend training sessions and supervision meetings as assigned.
  • ACSW, APCC, AMFT, LPC, LMFT, LCSW support clients during meals and snacks.
  • ACSW, APCC, AMFT, LPC, LMFT, LCSW provide crisis stabilization and on-call coverage when needed.


Associate or Independent Mental Health Therapist Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a behavioral sciences field.
  • Licensed Mental Health Counselor or Associate Registration in California.
  • Credentials of ACSW, APCC, AMFT, LPC, LMFT, LCSW.
  • Eligible for registration with relevant professional associations.
  • Ability to educate and consult with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.


Associate or Independent Mental Health Therapist Scheduling Options:

  • Full-Time: Monday through Friday 9 am to 5 pm
  • Part-Time: Saturday and Sunday 8 am to 4:30 pm


Associate or Independent Mental Health Therapist Compensation:

  • $65,000 to $75,000
