An established Architectural/Engineering firm based in Lawrenceville, GA, with over 40 years of experience, seeks a full-time Structural Engineer. Ideal candidates should be self-motivated individuals with strong technical skills, capable of working in a collaborative A/E office setting, coordinating effectively across multiple disciplines (Architectural, MEP, Interior Design).


Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience
  • BS in Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering Technology or MS in Structural Engineering from an accredited college or university.
  • Experienced in the analysis and design of structural steel and reinforced-concrete buildings is required.
  • Experience in the design of post-tensioned concrete structures and other multi-story building types not required but would be a plus.


Skills:

  • Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, RAM Elements, Enercalc, RAM Structural Systems and RAM Concept and Bluebeam.
  • Excellent communication skills with architects, engineers and Owners.
  • Ability to work well within a team environment, positive attitude, and self-motivated to produce high quality work.
  • Must be able to manage time and stay on task.
