Founded in 2019, ALB has been at the forefront of designer resale by providing trusting, long lasting interpersonal relationships with our clients coupled with a fantastic ecommerce experience. About the job

Designer resale is predicated on the success of procuring high-demand inventory while delivering fantastic customer experiences. Buyers at Atlanta Luxury Bags need to be privy to market dynamics, external brand positioning, and able to leverage data and research to predict future purchasing decisions by customers. Using your designer goods knowledge and interpersonal skills, you’ll successfully navigate customer pricing negotiations in order to meet both business and consumer needs. Buyers at Atlanta Luxury Bags are our most robust connection to our sellers. By providing fantastic interpersonal communication you will set the stage for a long-lasting relationship with our consumers. 


Responsibilities

  • Research the brand, style, demand, and resale value of pre-owned luxury handbags and accessories using internal and external data points to provide accurate pricing
  • Negotiate, inform, and consult clients on resale pricing practices and market dynamics while providing fantastic customer service
  • Review items in person, including the condition and brand-specific information
  • Develop personal strategies for research methods, focusing on efficiency and accuracy
  • Upload purchased designer goods to Shopify



Qualifications

  • Experience buying or selling designer goods preferred
  • Work in designer resale or consignment preferred
  • Comfortable working in a corporate office setting, sitting for long periods of time at a computer
  • Ability to work well both independently and in a collaborative environment
  • Ability to be proactive and willing to learn and cross-train in different departments
  • Knowledge of Google suite, Shopify, and Notion

Pay

$22-$28/hr.

  • Individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training
  • PTO, and paid vacation days provided
