Requirements:
- 5+ years’ of professional Data Science experience.
- Python and SQL programming skills required.
- Expertise in machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Experience with Databricks, Azure, Tableau preferred.
- Experimentation design, A/B testing, propensity score analysis, linear regression, simulation, probabilistic modeling.
Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic projects from ideation to completion; working directly with cross-functional teams to address business challenges and opportunities through data science.
- Manage and perform advanced analytics using predictive modeling, machine learning, simulation, and other methods to provide insights or embedded models.
- Identify and define value-focused opportunities, extract & analyze a variety of data types, summarize essential findings, and present relevant recommendations.
- Develop, implement, and maintain AI/ML models to improve outcomes and enhance our ability to serve clients.
- Demonstrate an understanding of key business drivers, strategic direction, and competitive landscape to ensure initiatives and solutions are purpose-driven.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of Data Science-related technology, policies, use cases, and trends within the Wealth Management and Broker Dealer industries.
- Serve as an enterprise Business Analytics and Data Science subject matter expert.
