San Francisco Bay Area, United States Datagrid AI Full time

Who We Are

We believe that everyone deserves their own personal army of AI helpers to automate any task. Datagrid ingests business data continuously from 100+ sources, makes it all available to AI, and eliminates grunt-work such as categorizing support tickets in milliseconds.

We are a Series-A startup headquartered in San Francisco, but operate as a distributed company. We offer competitive salaries and benefits packages, along with equity and respect for work/life balance.

Join our tight-knit team that ships fast and pushes the boundaries of AI In the last few months, our agents learned to use Slack, write SQL queries, and automate tasks on complex schedules like “MWF at half past 9”.

The Role

You will be leading our Dataset Editing and Quality product area. You will be measured by how successfully users leverage our AI tooling to create and improve datasets. We want users of varying technical ability to automate complex tasks like: “For each of the 10k companies in this spreadsheet, write 2-3 sentences on their AI strategy based on recent announcements + employee socials”

  • Ship features fast, working with engineers to determine the right level of investment
  • Use Mixpanel to identify user issues, and follow up with user interviews to learn more
  • Ensure AI Data Enrichment and Manipulation tools can handle large workloads reliably and cost-efficiently by defining observability infrastructure
  • Work with the AI Agents team to ensure all incoming data gets optimized for AI
  • Spend 10-15% of your time on peer mentorship/leadership in preparation for a leadership role

About You

Required Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years of B2B Product Management experience
  • At least one stint at a Seed or Series-A startup
  • Ability to prompt LLMs effectively (will be part of the interview)
  • Demonstrated interest in and knowledge of AI

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience with ETL pipelines
  • Knowledge of data quality processes for LLMs
