Cross-Marketing and Cross-Selling Manager- Shooting Industry

Company Overview: Woox Outdoor is a leading provider of outdoor gear and equipment, committed to enhancing outdoor experiences for adventurers worldwide. We are looking for an experienced Cross-Marketing and Cross-Selling Manager to drive partnerships within the US shooting industry.

Job Description: We need an External Contractor with deep knowledge of the US shooting industry to be our Cross-Marketing and Cross-Selling Coordinator. In this role, you'll work on developing and executing marketing and sales initiatives with other brands in the shooting and outdoor sectors. Your main goal is to build relationships that boost brand awareness, engagement, and sales for Woox Outdoor and our partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Partner Identification: Find and evaluate potential brands in the US shooting industry that match Woox Outdoor's products and audience.
  2. Initiative Planning: Develop marketing and sales plans with partner brands, including joint promotions, cross-selling campaigns, and more.
  3. Relationship Building: Connect with key people at partner brands, and be the main contact for communication and coordination.
  4. Content Creation: Work with teams to create marketing materials that show off both Woox Outdoor and partner brands.
  5. Campaign Management: Lead the implementation of marketing and sales campaigns, making sure they hit targets and stay on schedule.
  6. Cross-Selling Integration: Come up with ways to smoothly add cross-selling opportunities to the customer journey, online and offline.

Requirements:

  • Experience in the US shooting industry, with a good understanding of the market and customers.
  • A track record of running successful marketing and sales campaigns, preferably in the outdoor or shooting sectors.
  • Great communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships and get things done.
  • A strategic mindset, able to use data to make decisions and improve results.
  • Strong project management skills, able to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with teams across different time zones.
  • A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
